About Me
I completed a postgraduate training in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy (MSc) at Birkbeck College, University of London and I am Accredited with the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I have completed a training in Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) and Counselling for Depression, both are recommended by National Institute in Clinical Excellence (NICE) as a treatment for depression.
I also facilitate reqular bereavment groups and have extensive experience working with loss and bereavement particuarly related to the Covid Pandemic.
Alongside my private practice, I work in a NHS Mental Health Serive (IAPT) and a NHS Breast Cancer Service.

I am accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling & Psychotherapy.
I am currently working remotely by Zoom and telephone.
Supervision

I am a qualified clinical supervisor (Diploma in Integrative Supervision of Individuals & Groups) and deliver integrative supervision according to your individual needs. I currently work in an NHS setting delivering one to one supervision as well as offering supervision privately.
